Each has its’ own air cylinder to turn the eggs and so it is independent and a fail on one rack means only that rack needs to be pulled out for repair or replacement. The racks themselves are made of galvanized and zinc-plated steel parts, designed to last for the life of your machine. The parts for these racks are made to the same high standards.
